This show has really motivated Jon and I. We went and bought the DVD for a 30 minute workout and we walk/jog 3 miles everyday. I am really proud of our dedication and our progress.
The next step for us is our diet. We have done small things, but we need to do better.

    Michelle! You have a blog!

    Umm… I’ve started working out a little, but mostly to keep myself healthy. I’m one of those lucky guys with a nearly unstoppable metabolism (God’s way of looking out for bachelors).
