8 miles in 4 days

I have walked/jogged 2 miles every day for 4 days now. It is my goal to walk everyday for 45 days, and then hopefully it will become a habit!

    WAY TO GO!! I am a personal trainer who lately has not been trainer herself very well. I think I will take up your challenge and see if it helps me get back in the swing of things. Thanks for sharing!
